A FREE, family-friendly festival on Halloween Day, 2026! Featuring 35+ entertainment stations, a BMX stunt show, hundreds of costumed riders, and zombies falling out of the sky. The bike ride itself is the main event of the day, but it is entirely optional, so come on wheels or on foot. Money raised goes to our beneficiary, NorCal Trykers, to build custom trikes for children with disabilities. Check out our calendar for more events throughout October. The Zombie Bike Parade's mission has always been to make bicycling available to everyone, including children with disabilities. Over the past seven years the organizers have raised funds, primarily from sponsors, and donated more than $50,000 to NorCal Trykers, who build custom tricycles for children with disabilities.
Each tricycle now costs $1,600 to build. As of 2025, funds from our events have put 42 children on custom trikes. Those children get to feel the freedom of riding, and the wind in their hair, for the first time. Our sponsors are the reason we can do that and still keep this festival almost entirely FREE to the public.
