Put your name on the parade

One of the most photographed days in Davis, a marketing reach past 100,000 across web, print, TV and social, and a cause that needs no explanation: custom trykes for kids with disabilities. Sponsorship is how the festival stays FREE.

2026 sponsorship

$26,200 raised of $35,000

Sponsor the parade

Your sponsorship is what keeps this festival completely FREE to the public. Net proceeds go to NorCal Trykers and children with disabilities: more than $50,000 raised and 42 custom adaptive trikes since 2019.

What a sponsor actually buys

Your $1,000 does the work of $7,500

This is not ordinary sponsorship. It is a community-powered multiplier. Your sponsorship unlocks the people, partners and donated resources that make Zombie Bike Parade possible. Volunteers give thousands of hours. Businesses donate products and services. Community partners bring their talents, equipment and energy. We turn every sponsor dollar into far more than we could ever buy with that dollar alone.

  1. Sponsorship money13% · The foundation
  2. Director honorarium3% · Far below market rate
  3. Donated leadership36% · Given free, all year
  4. Volunteer hours24% · About a thousand of them
  5. Donated product23% · Acts and equipment at cost

You provide the spark. Davis builds the spectacle.

More sponsorship means more attractions, more entertainment, more ridiculous zombie fun, and most importantly more support for NorCal Trykers and more adaptive trikes for children who deserve the freedom and joy of riding.

Want a bigger Zombie Bike Parade? Feed the zombies. Sponsor $1,000 and help us turn it into $7,500 worth of community impact.

No cash? Bring what you have got. Some of the best parts of Zombie Bike Parade do not arrive with a check. They arrive on trucks, in boxes, with extension cords, printing presses, talented people and businesses willing to say, "We can help with that."

Donate products, equipment, printing, professional services, space, or some serious volunteer muscle, and you can help put another piece of the Halloweekend spectacle on the streets of Davis. If it saves us money or helps us make something awesome happen, we want to hear about it.

In-kind partners get recognized too, with visibility on our website, printed materials and social media, plus your own pin on the interactive Davis Zombie Outbreak Map.

Got something the zombies need? Let us make a deal.

It is not a sponsorship tier and there is no form for it, because every one of these is different. Tell Aaron Wedra what you have in mind: smartzgraphics@yahoo.com, 530-574-7306, or through the contact page.
