SwimAmerica Davis run the Spooky Seas: a sea-themed corner of Community Park aimed squarely at the smaller festival-goers, with candy handed out by people who have committed rather harder to the mermaid thing than strictly necessary.
Why they are here
Since 1998 SwimAmerica Davis have taught thousands of Davis children and families to swim safely and to be confident in the water. That is nearly thirty years of a town's children learning not to be afraid of the deep end.
They are also one of the festival's sponsors, which is the pattern across this whole page: the free things at Community Park are free because a local business paid for them.
