The Halloween rally band is Noise Violation, and they do not stay on a stage. They move through Community Park, which is how you end up hearing them three times in an afternoon from three different directions.
Seven years of this
They have played this festival for seven years. Brass, drums, costumes, and a volume that makes conversation briefly impossible in the best way. A marching band that walks into a crowd changes the temperature of an event, and they are a large part of why the middle of the afternoon at Community Park feels like something is happening rather than like a field with stalls on it.
Like nearly everything else here, they turn up and play for a town that is not paying them to. Follow the drums. That is genuinely the best way to find them.
