Trust Fall Band bring the amps. Drum set, three guitars (two electric and one bass), microphones and speakers, set up on the west side of Community Park. High energy is the brief, and they take it seriously.
What they play
Pop-rock covers you will recognise inside of four bars, plus original music of their own. They have played the Yolo County Fair, so a park full of zombies should hold no terrors for them.
Who they are
A local band: Matthew Vallero and his bandmates. If that name rings a bell, it should. He also sings with Davis Local Vocals, who have been coming to this festival for years. This time he has brought a rhythm section with him.
Find them
Head for the west side of Community Park during festival hours, or simply follow the sound. A band with a bass amp outdoors is not a difficult thing to locate. Then stay for a song and stand near the front, because a band plays better to a crowd and this one has earned one.
