Is it beginning to dawn on you that selling and finding a home can be a daunting endeavorer? Is the zombie apocalypse making it harder to attract buyers? Don't fret just yet—Just call Dawn!
As a long-time supporter of Davis' Zombie Bike Ride, Dawn Coder of Coldwell Banker Real Estate will be your host with the most when it comes to making the most of Davis' fall market trends, when undead abound.
Coder wants you to know that her relationship with you is not just buying or selling property, it's adding you to her "forever" family. And she means that in a totally non-zombie way of course!
Together with her partner Carol, the Coder team has served Yolo County for over 37 years, and they have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Strong suits for Dawn include:
• Working with first-time buyers
• Home preparation with sellers
• Analyzing and negotiating offers
• Social media marketing and resourcing
• Virtual open houses
• Online Transactional coordination
Our Zombie team is particularly impressed with Dawn's investment into community. Her involvement is second to none. Dawn is a member of the Davis Odd Fellows and has served on committees to organize Picnic Day activities, Breakfast with the Bunny, and Taste of Davis, just to name a few examples. She has also run the highly popular Second Sunday Bingo game that raises thousands of dollars to go out to up to 12 non-profits every year. She has served at the Davis Chocolate Festival, at Halloween parties, at New Years parties, and helped with a regular bowling outing. And of course, she serves on the Zombie Bike Ride committee, to help put on our epic Halloweekend festival each year!
