The Golf Mindz Chip Challenge is at Community Park: chip a ball at a target, in a costume, on Halloween. No golf required, and no golf clothes either.

Which is why a chipping game at a free Halloween festival is not an odd place to find them. It is a golf station where the entry requirement is turning up in a costume, and where a child who has never held a club gets a go. That is the same idea as the apparel line, just with more zombies.
