When the skydivers land, the candy starts! The Downtown Trick-or-Treat Trail runs 3 to 5pm, presented by the Davis Downtown Business Association. Free, rain or shine, and our Treat Trail page has the bike route from the drop zone to downtown.
The official 2026 Treat Trail map is out! Every ghost on the map is a downtown business handing out candy. And don’t miss E Street Plaza: a KFD Graphics photo booth, Aggie Bats, Princess Pals, UC Davis men’s basketball players, surprise giveaways and FREE pumpkins while supplies last.
Start at Davis Commons
Davis Commons (500 1st Street) is the place to start trick-or-treating, and a festival sponsor, presented by Fulcrum Properties. Businesses handing out candy from 3 to 5pm: TOMO Tea House, Bruxie, Mom’s Dumpling, Mikuni Japanese Restaurant, Shabu Shack, Xfinity and My Burma. There’s grassy picnic space with tables and chairs, so it’s the perfect spot to regroup with your crew.
Follow the brass
During the Treat Trail, the UC Davis Marching Band marches through downtown Davis. If you hear brass coming up the street while you’re filling a candy bag, that’s them!
