Debuting in 2023, the Zombie Kingdom Quest turns a walk through Community Park into a scavenger hunt. Pick up a sheet at Zombie Headquarters, visit the majority of the festival's entertainment and sponsor stations, and turn it back in for a prize. In recent years that has meant a FREE copy of Coffee Time, a strategy board game created by festival director Aaron Wedra and Stevie Price, plus expansion packs.

The Quest is sponsored by Julia Whitmer of Windermere Real Estate and is one of the festival's best tools for making sure a family sees the whole park, not just the stations closest to where they parked their bikes.

How it has changed

The original 2023 version asked participants to solve a riddle along with collecting stamps, with a FREE board game and castle bounce house access as the reward. By 2025 the format simplified: visit the majority of stations, turn in the sheet, and walk away with a copy of Coffee Time plus expansion packs, no riddle required. The simplification seems to have made it more approachable for younger kids without losing the "go see everything" incentive that makes it useful for the festival as a whole.

Tips

• Grab a sheet early in the day; some prizes are limited.
• The Quest pairs well with the arcade's video game, which uses a similar station-collecting mechanic.
• Younger kids may need a parent to help track which stations are left to visit.
