Trick or Treat: Can My Dog Eat This?

Trick or Treat: Can My Dog Eat This? is a quick, interactive safe-or-avoid Halloween food game for dog owners.

The station is led by Kristine Bennett, owner of Dog Training Survival Guide in Davis. Kristine is a professional dog trainer with a veterinary technician background.

Try the dog-owner challenges

• What’s Spooking Your Dog? Talk through barking, pulling, jumping, visitors, nervous dogs or puppy challenges.
• Trick or Treat: Can My Dog Eat This? Test yourself with a Halloween food safe-or-avoid game.
• What Would You Do? Work through a simple dog-walk or behavior challenge.

The games are fun, educational and easy to join. Your dog does not need to take part. This station is for people who want to learn and play.

Part of the free Zombie Bike Parade Festival on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Festival hours are 11am to 3pm at Community Park in Davis.
