Zombies ReLY ON Kim Eichorn

Kim has been working at Lyon Real Estate for over 25 years. Born and raised in Davis, and now with two daughters who attended Davis schools, she knows this town backwards and forwards.

Everyone is a friend to Kim, and she shows great love to the community and its members in both demeanor and in action. Each year, for instance, Kim supports dozens of causes, including being a big time sponsor of Davis' Zombie Bike Ride. She does it to help bring the community together and to help the ride's beneficiary Norcal Trykers.

Each year proceeds from funds raised for the Zombie Bike Ride, through direct sponsorships, donations along the route and t-shirt sales go to the creation of at least 6 custom tricycles built by Norcal Trykers for children with special needs. These tricycles permit children to go-at-speed and feel the wind on their faces in a way they never have before. Each tricycle can be around $1,000 to build, and Kim has been happy to step up and contribute each year.

ZOMBIE BIKE RIDE: We are going to have a blast this Halloween on Sunday, October 31, from 12-3pm with a bike ride along the Davis Bike Loop... where riders will encounter ZOMBIES! Then from 3–3:15pm, we will have a grand finale complete with Skydance Skydiving's zombies skydivers coming down in Community Park! The skydiving finale will be followed by our Zombie Mash afterparty from 3:30-5:30pm, put on by the Davis Downtown Business Association. Visit www.zombiebikeparade.com for details. 💚💚💚

And if you like the Zombie Bike Ride, that's just one great thing about Davis, CA.
