Lawson doesn’t just support our festival, he transforms it. From helping fund the skydiving spectacle, to adding 20-foot zombie-branded flags for skydivers to carry down, to rolling out mobile Halloween music and sound systems that electrify the streets as hundreds of parade riders roll through town — Lawson always finds a way to elevate the undead.

Hallmark Properties has brought so much joy to Davis and helped raise critical funds for NorCal Trykers, who provide adaptive tricycles for children with disabilities.
